Re: Fuel Consumption - 2.5 CRDi Sorento. No start issues, starts first kick (after glowplugs warmed up) hot or cold engine. Runs smooth, makes a bit of oomph when turbo boosts from around 2000 rpm. engine rattle sorento 2.5 crdi. I have a loud rattle for first 5 to 10 seconds when starting my sorento 2.5 diesel from cold.Its a 57 plate with 35000 on clock engine oil changed every year. Not sure if its timeing chain but think this self adjusting.Engine runs ok no loss of power but sounds like a tractor most of time.
